Purty things...

I wanted to "dress up" some of Benny's burp clothes to give them a little something other than spit-up to decorate their plain whiteness. I found some fabric that I thought was neat and different this past weekend and set upon the task before me. It was probably the easiest sewing project that I ever did. And look how cute they turned out! :-) (Jeff says that the one with flowers and butterflies is too girly for Beniah though.)

Cute! Tell Jeff Benny won't really care what he throws up on. :)

Patty, I LOVE them. These maybe my favorite yet! Where did you find the great fabric? Tell Jeff that they are more accessories for your shoulder than something for Beniah, so they don't always have to look "boyish" (take my diaper bag as the perfect example) :-) Hope your feeling better today! Hang in there, he WILL come out (sooner or later) ;-)

Thanks! I found two of the fabrics at Rosemary Quilts in Highland and the rest at Jackman's. The more modern looking ones were the ones at Jackman's.

Happy Birthday to you and Beniah who will be here very soon. I really happy for both of you and can't wait to see him. I also love your burp rags. You should market them. I will talk to you later and hope you feel better. --Kristen Kenroy

I'm with Liz on this one...When he starts cleaning up his own spit up then he can pick the material ;) Oh and I'm sure for game day you can whip up an orange & black one, something with footballs, or something with panther paw prints on it...there's one for Jeff :)
